and island vistas. The house, garden and pool are made
private by the surrounding olive trees.
All three double bedrooms are en suite. One of these
bedrooms is at garden level with patio access.
There is a large gourmet kitchen next to the wood-paneled
library/dining room; which can seat twelve at formal dinner.
The large living room has a baby grand piano with French
doors to the garden. All these rooms mentioned have working
fireplaces. All have oak floors and all have ocean views.
Above the kitchen, up a separate stair, are maid's quarters
with bedroom, full bath/shower and sitting room
