Kentlands Mansion Wedding

Gaithersburg, MD

The story of Mark and Robin conveys the true meaning of fate and destiny. Mark first spotted Robin at a gas station but before he could approach her, she was gone. Weeks later Mark spotted his beautiful mystery woman again in a parking lot and slipped his number under her windshield wiper.

The happy couple chose to celebrate their union at the elegant Kentlands Mansion. This stately venue was built in early 1900 and provides the perfect setting for weddings and events. The mansion features a graceful staircase in the foyer, mahogany paneled rooms, crystal chandeliers, hand carved modeling, as well as 22 foot ceilings.

Robin and Mark opted to do a “first look” before the ceremony in the mansions captivating floral side garden. While this is bucking tradition for some, it provides a wonderful private moment for a bride and groom to center themselves in the midst of all the wedding excitement.
