Rustic Wedding at Edgewood Ranch

Napa Valley, California

Here’s a wedding that will make anyone look at ranches differently.  If you’re a horse lover we know you’re sold, but those of you city gals who think weddings and saddles don’t mesh well should take a peek at the wedding photos of Rebecca & Steve at Edgewood Ranch in Nicasio, California.

It was a hot summer day in June… The oysters were on the grill, the cocktails were being sipped and happiest of all, the bride and groom got to exchange their vows at one of the bride’s favorite places as a little girl- her family’s ranch.  Bridesmaids wore chic black and the groom, a crisp white bow-tie.  The bride wore a classic halter top dress and pearl necklace.

Our favorite details are the pops of color! Colorful paper parasols were picked up by guests to shade shy eyes from the sun.  Also for floral centerpieces, bright hot pink peonies and roses decorated wooden tables.

Eccentric details like these show a fun and down-to-earth side of weddings.  What a sweet ceremony!
