People often choose…
to host their wedding or special event
in the Los Angeles metro because they want some
of the city’s glitz to rub off on their celebrations.
However, LA’s event venues prove that classiness,
style and world-class design are as important as glamor.
Estates, from luxurious penthouses with amazing skyline views to
villas perched on quiet stretches of shoreline overlooking the Pacific,
are available to host any type of event or even provide accommodation for a luxury vacation.
The Los Angeles metro is filled with rental estates,
but we would like to shine a spotlight on these four venues because of their quality and uniqueness:
Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards
The Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards sits in the Santa Monica Mountains in the iconic suburb of Malibu.
The estate is a working vineyard, with the rich soil making it possible for the winemakers to produce high-quality wines.
The main building itself is built to remind visitors of the wine-making estates of the Tuscan region of Italy.
The wine is great, but it is only part of the Rocky Oak’s story.
This estate is in a prime location, high above the ocean.
360-degree views of the surrounding mountains and the ocean below provide an amazing backdrop for any special event.
The panoramas can be appreciated from the outdoor terraces of the 9,000-plus square foot villa.
Rocky Oaks has four bedrooms (including one master suite), an infinity pool, state-of-the-art in-home theater, and plenty of other high-tech features.
An outdoor fireplace and ten landscaped acres make this a great stop for vacationing outdoor-lovers as well people seeking a stunning setting for their wedding.
While the Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyard is built for peace, quiet and the appreciation of natural beauty, the Sky Loft, located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, is a glamorous penthouse that will give any event hosted there an undeniably exclusive vibe.
This spacious space stretches for 16,000 square feet on two separate levels.
Despite its glamorous feel, the Sky Loft does have a classic side (the building that it tops, the Haas Building, has been around for almost a century).
The living area of the Sky Loft can be used for catering.
The Loft can actually host parties of up to 300 people in its outdoor event space, making it ideal for everything from a wedding reception to a cocktail party.
Laguna Luxe Estate
The Laguna Luxe Estate, in Laguna Beach, sits on a prime piece of seaside real estate.
This villa is ideal for an intimate wedding reception, a corporate event, or a cocktail or dinner party.
The venue has room to host 70 people for a meal and can accommodate over 100 for drinks and dancing.
The modern décor, furnishings, and floor to ceiling windows give this place a thoroughly stylish atmosphere, but it is the views of the ocean that truly make it a standout estate.
An outdoor deck allows guests to view the sunset and appreciate the picturesque Pacific.
A huge entertainment rooms, a pool, and bedrooms, all with unique modern designer furnishings, are also part of the Laguna Luxe’s list of features.
Villa Marbella Estate
The Villa Marbella Estate, in Pacific Palisades, is a vacation and event estate that has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space to host a mid-sided event or wedding reception.
The Villa Marbella has the feel of a classic Mexican hacienda, complete with tiles, flower-filled ledges, and balconies.
This estate’s seating areas overlook the ocean, providing some wonderful opportunities to see sunsets (and sunrises).
Overall, the Villa Marbella can accommodate 70 guests for a sit-down meal and 150 for a cocktail reception.
The estate also has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it a viable ocean-side vacation rental.
And, perhaps best of all, the beach is only a few short steps from the front door.
